By booking services through Ikon Media, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Ikon Media provides professional photography, videography, drone media, and related services. All services are delivered as outlined at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of receiving media, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices are listed in USD

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment

Weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Turnaround Time

Typical delivery times will be communicated at booking. Turnaround times may vary based on workload, project scope, or unforeseen circumstances.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Ikon Media retains full copyright ownership of all images and video content

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered media for marketing, listing, and promotional purposes

Media may not be sold, altered, or transferred to third parties without written permission

Ikon Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Property Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Property access at the scheduled time

Property readiness for photography

Pets are secured and spaces are prepared

Ikon Media is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or preparation.

Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Ikon Media is not liable for:

Weather conditions

Property conditions

Missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or emergency, liability is limited to a refund or reshoot at Ikon Media’s discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
